A one page kit and other news
A couple of weeks ago Adrienne and Pauline from Scrappin' Patch sent me a kit to create a one page layout for a crop down in Christchurch - not sure if it is all sold out but here is the layout I created.

Well I decided a few weeks back to step down from the design team at Scrappin' Patch and thought it was a good time to do so as they were looking for a new design team member anyway - there are now three new design team members go check it out here. I am there until the end of June and then will have a break for a short while before starting a new direction for me ie scrapbooking. It will be a shorter break then I originally intended but an opportunity has come up that I don't want to miss out on and it is something if you asked me would/could I do it a few months ago I would probably have said no. So I just have to sort out a few details and in July I can announce it.......Keep you in suspense.....
I am still doing Sketchy Thursdays though!
NB: I have scrapped the above photos before back in 2007 after only scrapping for about a year. I did this at a crop at NZ Scrapbook and just sat quietly created and hardly said boo and I had just unsuccessfully applied to be on my first design team (at NZ Scrapbook) - I have learned so much since then and met so many lovely people and my confidence around people has increased so much. I now talk a lot more! Scrapping has definitely changed me ! Here is the old layout:
