Hello little Duck

Just sharing another layout using Kaisercraft's Shine Bright Collection for Artfull Crafts. I am having fun creating with this range love the pop of yellow!

I started the layout by adhering the Canary Paper from the collection to some black cardstock to give the layout some strength. The next step was cutting part of the Sunflower Paper to make a zig zag pattern to the background. I then added some strips from the Mango Paper along with my photos - one of which is on mounting tape to give more dimension.  I also added the small yellow chevron strip which was off one of the cutoff from one of the 12 X 12 paper from the Shine Bright Collection.

Then using the stickerscollectables and some circles from the Sunbeam Paper I added more dimension to the layout. The layout was then completed by adding some silver spray sprinkles and Star sequins.

See you all soon and thanks for visiting. Have a great week!

You are my Sunshine

Today I am here to share a layout for Artfull Crafts using Shine Bright by Kaisercraft - one of my favourite new releases!

I have used the Bumblebee paper from the collection as my background- its a really cool yellow brick wall.  The chevron has been cut from the Mango paper. The title is cut from the Buttercup paper which is great to use for titles. Other pieces from the Shine Bright collection used on the layout are stickers and collectables.  The layout has been finished off with some ink splatters and Prima metal findings.

Thanks for visiting today and enjoy the rest of the long weekend. Hopefully some crafty time is in the weekend mix!

Kaisercraft POP Projects for Artfull Crafts

Today I am sharing a girly Birthday layout and some simple Birthday party invites created for Artfull Crafts.

First up  a layout using papers and stickers from the Pop Collection on a white background which has been misted with a Prima Candy floss bloom spray. I have then added enamel dots, Maggie Holmes bows and flowers to finish the layout.

Next up I created three simple party invites using the scraps from other projects, POP stickers and alphabet stickers. Alphabet Stamps or diecut alphabets could also be used.

That's all from me today hope you all have a great weekend and get some crafty time! Auckland is having a bit of rain today so good excuse for some crafty time!

Blue Bay layouts for Artful Crafts

Hope you are all enjoying the gorgeous summer weather we are having! Talking about summer the Blue Bay collection by Kaisercraft would be a great collection for both your winter and summer photos as well as shabby chic layouts or projects.

Today I am sharing two layouts that I have created using the Blue Bay Collection for Artfull Crafts. My first layout utilises the Lagoon paper that has phrases on it. A simple layout to create by adding some flowers, brads, a tag, a bit of bling, a piece of lace and a title. The background paper is Sapphire Paper.

The second layout I created was started with a Prima Mask and texture paste.  This was then followed by spraying silver, seafoam and navy Colour Shine Sprays from Heidi Swapp. I also splattered a bit of the sprays as well.  I then I layered papers and collectables from the Blue Bay collection along with my photo. The layout was then finished off with flowers, bling and a title.

Have a great week and thanks for visiting my blog today!

Kaisercraft POP! inspiration for Artfull Crafts

Just sharing a couple of layouts I created for Artfull Crafts to share using the POP! collection by Kaisercraft.
This is a fun party filled collection that is very bright and cheerful.

My first layout I created a birthday layout using the less brightly coloured papers in the collection.
The main paper used is the Bunting paper and have added stickers and other embellishments. The background has been sprayed with Heidi Swapp Colour Shine sprays - Citrus and Teal

My second layout today was a trickier one for me with the Lollipop paper. It is a rather "loud" paper and a bit too busy for me to use the whole piece with the photos I had. I still wanted to have the circular effect so decided to cut a circular shape out on my cameo.  A similar effect could be done by cutting circles with circle dies and or circle punches. I also cut out my title on the cameo. My background is Heidi Swapp Colour shine splatters. I then added stickers and enamel dots to finish off.

So if you would like a fun and Cheery collection POP! is definitely for you!
Thanks for looking.

This month the challenge board is this:

I have chosen the bottom line - rhinestones, 3 different patterned papers and a stamped image.  The layout is of summer Santa at the zoo with Kaitlyn a few years ago.

You have until the end of January to link your layout and have the chance to be a guest designer!
