August Prima PPP and BAP and a sad farewell.

I have been pretty busy as well as fighting a nasty cold (which all the kids and DH had too!) so have not had a lot of time to create or have been too tired when I have had a bit of time. Scotties is involved in three events in a space of ten days so its been go go go! I nearly ran out of time to do the following layouts but they are done!

Prima PPP:

A layout of Kaitlyn on the ferry From Devonport to the city.

 

Prima BAP:

 A layout featuring Christopher around three years old -he is ten in 6 months time!!

 Well I better go get a good nights sleep as tomorrow is going to be another busy one

and am going to a funeral of an amazing talented friend and fellow scrapbooker who lost their long battle with cancer last weekend. Leanne was a such an inspiration in life and scrapbooking with her positive attitude despite all the challenges she faced.  All of us at Scottie Crafts will miss her very much.

 

Little Miss Bo Bunny Cards

The other week I made up a Card Kit for Scottie Crafts (now sold out) using Bo Bunny's Little Miss range. 

 I also stamped a few Magnolia stamps and coloured them with my distress markers. The cards were fairly basic but very cute.

Love those stamps!

Tanglez Layout

Recently Scottie Crafts brought in some Tanglez 12 x 12 Mesh "paper".  When I looked at it my first thought was that it would make a different backing for a layout so took a couple of pieces home with me.

Firstly I used one of the darker natural mesh pieces and sprayed it with Stream and Espresso colour washes. I cut up some Graphic 45 paper for my leaves, added a bit of Prima, some jute string, a key charm and a photo - a quick and easy layout.  You do need a strong glue or hot glue to attach the elements to the layout.

I do have another layout to show you but don't have a photo at the moment but you can see it on the ytube video on Scottie Crafts web page . Yes I am on the video - was so nervous I could hardly speak!
